It outlines seven primary planning objectives: improving connectivity and ADA accessibility, renovating existing structures, developing a sense of entry, ensuring relevance to community needs while respecting history, evaluating drainage and stormwater management, enhancing natural features, and developing phased improvements. The plan seeks to create a more inclusive, functional, and updated park, providing improved accessibility, restoring natural and historic elements, and enhancing its main entrance to serve future generations.
