Pomona College Strategic Vision
Pomona College's strategic vision focuses on enhancing its liberal arts education to address global challenges. Key areas include: transformative knowledge and creativity through an immersive language center, curricular experimentation, and revitalized performing arts facilities; flourishing and inclusion by improving mental health services, renovating the athletics center, and creating new career programs; and equity and access through full financial aid endowment and increased affordability for families across the income spectrum. The plan emphasizes strengthening relationships, fostering a diverse community, and preparing students for leadership and global engagement. The college aims to maintain its small size and close-knit community while expanding its global reach and impact.
