Zoning Board Of Adjustment Township Of Medford Resolution
The Zoning Board of Adjustment considered an application for a bulk variance to construct a 40-foot by 40-foot detached accessory garage at 566 McKendimen Road. The application involved requests for variances concerning side yard setback, garage capacity, building depth, and eave height. After considering testimony from the applicants and public comment, the Board denied the application, concluding that the proposed structure was too large for the property, would be out of character for the neighborhood, and that the extent of the requested variance relief was excessive.
