Uwla Strategic Plan 2024-2028
The UWLA strategic plan outlines key objectives across four major areas: Improving the Delivery of Institutional Educational Technology (DIET), ensuring Financial Stability, enhancing UWLA's role as a Contributing Member within Higher Education, and better serving stakeholders. Specific goals include researching and assessing the current status of DIET, creating and implementing a plan, and assessing its effectiveness. Financial stability goals focus on sustainability, balanced budgets, raising the bar through contribution analysis, enhancing student support, improving accessibility and affordability, and optimizing resource allocation. Contributing to the higher education community involves policy creation and implementation. Serving stakeholders better includes leveraging technology, continuous improvement, evaluation, collaborative communication, prioritizing student support, and developing relevant programs through industry partnerships. The plan emphasizes a data-driven approach, utilizing AIR (Assessment and Institutional Research) for data collection and reporting, and aims for continuous improvement and adaptability.
