The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California seeks consultant(s) to provide state legislative advocacy, government-affairs support, and strategic advice before the California Legislature, Governor’s Office and administration, and state agencies. The District intends to award an annual contract to one or more firms, with four option-year extensions for a total potential term of five years. Respondents must have at least five years of relevant advocacy experience, an existing Sacramento office, and principals or key personnel with at least ten consecutive years of engagement with California state government.
