About this conference
The SkillsUSA Florida Fall Leadership Conference provides opportunities for students and advisors to develop leadership skills and network. The Student Track, "Maximize," focuses on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving through an immersive experience where participants learn chapter operations and committee work. The Advisor Track, "Chapter Management Institute (CMI)," offers professional development for new and experienced advisors, equipping them with resources for their chapters and classrooms. An Advisor Meeting and Planning Session (AMPS) on November 10, 2026, will cover state and national programming, available state-level support, and competition evaluation and support, including the annual Advisor Business Meeting.
