HHFDC is seeking quotes for groundwater monitoring services for the Villages of Kapolei. The contractor will collect and analyze monthly water samples from two wells in the Ewa Caprock aquifer, including measurements of temperature, salinity, water pumpage volume, and groundwater drawdown. The contractor must submit monthly and annual reports to CWRM, provide a copy to HHFDC, and include cumulative graphical data.
