Athletic Venue LED Display Solutions

Description: Arizona State University seeks proposals from qualified LED firms to furnish, install, integrate, and support an outdoor LED display system at Mountain America Stadium, with optional work at four additional Sun Devil Athletics venues. The scope includes system design, removal of existing equipment, new video walls and ribbon boards, scoring and timing interfaces, content-management systems, power and fiber infrastructure, testing, commissioning, training, warranty service, and event-day support. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewals, and proposals are due November 3, 2026.
