Description: The work includes selective demolition and hazardous-material abatement; new partitions, interior glazing, doors, custom millwork, flooring, ceilings, acoustical treatments, toilet-room renovations, signage, and related finishes; and modifications to the fire-suppression, plumbing, HVAC and BMS controls, electrical and lighting, telecommunications, audiovisual, and fire-alarm systems. The estimate also includes an add alternate for second-floor atrium perimeter ceiling, flooring, HVAC diffuser, lighting, and controls upgrades.
