CWRWS Surface Water Filter & Backwash Upgrades

Description: The City of Casper is soliciting a consultant for FY27 design and preliminary construction work on the Central Wyoming Regional Water System’s surface-water filters. The work would replace filter underdrains, troughs, and media at six filters, and assess an air-scour backwash system as an alternative to the existing rotating spray arms.
