DAS Medical Plan Third-Party Administrator

Description: The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services seeks one or more third-party administrators for its self-insured Ohio Med medical plan, covering PPO, Select, and HDHP options. The contractor(s) will administer the existing plan designs and claims incurred on or after July 1, 2027, and support the transition of services and claims data if administrators change. Offerors must submit a signed nondisclosure agreement by November 4, 2026, to access certain exhibits and submit proposals by November 13, 2026.
