Description: The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is using this RFP to fund energy resilience projects using federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) §40101(d) formula funding for the first three (3) years, state funding through C.G.S. §16-243y DEEP Climate and Resilience Fund (DCRF) to meet federal cost match requirements, and SEP-BIL State Energy Program funding to leverage both funding sources. Selected projects will receive state and federal funds.
