Evaluator for the Project AWARE Grant (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Seeking the services of a qualified external grant evaluator to support the evaluation of the Project AWARE Program for the project period of 09/30/2026-09/29/2031; contingent upon yearly grant funds. The evaluator will be responsible for providing professional evaluation services, including the collection, management, analysis, and interpretation of program data; monitoring progress toward grant goals, objectives, and performance measures; assessing program implementation and outcomes; and providing timely reports and recommendations to support continuous program improvement and grant compliances with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration guidelines for Project AWARE.
