Finished Compost Transportation Services

Description: The Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority is seeking proposals to transport finished compost from its facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The contractor will provide drivers and trucks to haul approximately 15–25% of the facility’s roughly 20,000 cubic yards of monthly production to customer destinations, including routes up to 350 miles; the initial contract term is five years with up to two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids by November 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., and the RFP states that the project is not grant-funded.
