Kinley Creek, Rawls Creek, Lorick Branch - Addendum to the Three Rivers Watershed-Based Plan
The Central Midlands Council of Governments is requesting proposals to develop a watershed-based plan addressing bacterial impairments in the Kinley Creek, Rawls Creek, and Lorick Branch subwatersheds in Richland and Lexington Counties. The work will produce a comprehensive plan supported by water-quality analysis and related watershed planning activities. The project is funded in whole or in part through the EPA’s Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and applicable federal EPA requirements will apply to the contract.
