MINERVA Initiative – Uncrewed Aircraft System Deconfliction

Description: The Department of National Defense and the Canadian Army are seeking software that provides an airspace common operating picture for planning, deconflicting, and controlling uncrewed aircraft system traffic, including radio-frequency spectrum use. The solution must support flight-plan management, 4D trajectory and spectrum-requirement data, conflict detection and resolution, and generation of deconflicted airspace blocks. It should also analyze real-time UAS data to prevent collisions, automatically adjust flight paths, and verify compliance with approved trajectories.
