Comstock Memorial Union is a 90,000 gross square foot facility originally constructed in 1965 and 1970, with its last major renovation completed in 2015. The project will renovate the ballroom, which was not included in the 2015 renovation, to align it with the previous renovation. The project will also create a prominent welcome space for students and visitors.
