Prime Consultant - SE02 Second-Floor Patio Renovation
British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites qualified architectural consulting firms to participate in a Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) for the provision of Prime Consultant Services for the Student Association Patio Renovation project on the second-floor of Building SE02 at Burnaby Campus. BCIT is seeking an architectural firm acting as Prime Consultant to lead a multidisciplinary consultant team for the planning, design, permitting, tendering support, construction administration, and project closeout services required for the renovation of the existing second-floor patio adjacent to the Student Association meeting space in Building SE02. Proponents must submit the Site Visit Confirmation Form through the Bonfire Vendor Discussion by October 6, 2026 and attend the Mandatory Site Visit on October 8, 2026. To submit the form, proponents must first initiate a Vendor Discussion through the project portal. Once the discussion thread has been created, BCIT will enable the Vendor Attachments feature for that thread, allowing proponents to upload the completed Site Visit Confirmation Form.
