Description: The State of Missouri, through its Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), seeks vendors to provide courseware, certified instructors, and related services for the Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP), with selected vendors placed on a Qualified Vendor List serving more than 500 local education agencies. The scope includes K–12 online courses, optional instructional staff, technical support, and monthly progress reporting, subject to course-alignment, teacher-certification, accessibility, privacy, and other state requirements. The resulting contract runs through July 31, 2027, and proposals must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST.
