Description: The City of Houston is seeking competitive bids for citywide work-order construction of new sidewalks under the Council District Service Fund (CDSF) Project #16. Work may include driveway reconstruction, median modifications, pavement markings and signage, wheelchair ramps, walkways, curbs and gutters, pedestrian crossings, and related items needed at individual work-order locations. Bids are due October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
