Description: OMES Central Purchasing is soliciting a statewide contract on behalf of the Construction Industries Board for development, management, and administration of a licensing examination program. The contractor will develop exam content, maintain a testing platform, administer and score exams, report results, and support testing for plumbing, electrical, mechanical, home-inspector administration, and roofing. Proposals must be submitted through the Oklahoma Supplier Portal by December 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST.
