Upgrade Water Tanks. Restore and modernize FCI water storage and distribution system. This includes complete rehabilitation of the 1,000,000‑gallon ground water tank and 150,000‑gallon elevated water tower, replacement of all pumps, piping, valves, and hardwired control panels, and installation of a fully air‑gapped analog monitoring system.
