Description: The Department of National Defence (DND) is establishing a Supply Arrangement to pre-qualify suppliers to provide Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Improvised Explosive Device (IED) training services, related tools, and equipment. Suppliers may submit offers at any time during the solicitation period, and Supply Arrangements will be awarded in the order compliant offers are received. The arrangement is effective until March 31, 2028, and will facilitate multiple future taskings and contracts for specialized training and tools.
