Description: The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract shall include but not limited to the following: 1. Relocation of the Biosolids Control Room from the ground-floor electrical room to convert the upstairs locker-room to a new Control Room including the following: a. Relocate newly built-in existing lab furniture from the electrical room currently also used as a control room to the new control room, and finish areas where furniture will be removed in the electrical room. b. Demolish the shower, remove lockers and install a kitchenette with features shown on the drawings in the new control room c. Replace existing water heater and wall air conditioning unit as shown on the drawings. d. Install plumbing, electrical outlets and internet cabling as shown on the drawings. e. Perform structural work to the roof and existing observation window as shown on the drawings.

The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency seek proposals for colocation facility and related services to relocate and operate the agencies’ primary data center. Proposers may submit for a secure, resilient, scalable colocation facility, project management and technical advisory services to lead and coordinate the migration, or both. This active RFP accepts electronic responses through October 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PDT.
The project will include the design of an additional 1,000,000 gallons of sludge storage in a new above-ground tank with associated aeration/mixing equipment, sludge transfer capability, polymer system, and other appurtenances. The work also includes the repair/replacement of two existing gravity belt thickeners with piping and controls and rehabilitation of the thickener equipment. Also included are the demolition and replacement of the existing mixing systems in the two existing sludge storage tanks, the expansion of the existing blower building, and new electfrical building.
Work includes installation of a splitter box, high service pump station, storage for the reclaimed water, and a new distribution system from the swrwrf to the sugarmill woods and citrus national golf courses; a flow splitter box with supervisory control and data acquisition (scada) controlled automated valving to direct water to the existing ribs or to the proposed rcw system; one 1-mg prestressed concrete ground storage tank; one high-service pump station (hsps) with a hydropneumatic tank and magnetic flow meter at the swrwrf; site grading, drainage, and paving; electrical infrastructure in a new electrical building and associated power, lighting, and appurtenances for the hsps; instrumentation and controls improvements including telemetry and scada integration of the hsps and bps into the swrwrf controls system. A new clean water research center to pilot test primary filtration technologies will be constructed. The work includes construction of the new two story facility; installation of two different owner procured primary filtration pilot units and associated appurtenances; construction of two new wet wells; construction of a new conference room, laboratory, restrooms, office, fire protection system, electrical room, and mechanical room; installation of electrical, controls, building mechanical, and process mechanical equipment; open cut excavation to install process piping; construction of bioswale and pervious pavement; and connection to existing utilities.
