Zoning Board Attorney Services (Request for Qualifications)
Provide legal services as zoning board attorney for the calendar year 2027. Services may include, but are not limited to, attendance at regular and special zoning board meetings, review of applications before the board, preparation of resolutions for action by the board, preparation of professional service contracts, legal research and advice on particular projects before the board or on other matters as requested and required by the board, and any other legal services deemed to be associated with the position as board attorney.
