NASA is seeking a cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf Fire and Emergency Medical Services Records Management System (FEMSRMS), with one base period and three option years. The system is intended to replace fragmented fire and EMS recordkeeping and integrate incident reporting, electronic patient-care reporting, CAD and mobile response, inspections and pre-plans, staffing, asset, exposure, and evidence management across NASA fire-service sites. The system must maintain FedRAMP High authorization, and NASA will evaluate quotes on a lowest-price-technically-acceptable basis; quotations are due October 22, 2026.
