Masonry - clean exterior masonry walls using the gentlest means possible per preservation brief 1. Repoint exterior masonry where needed using historically appropriate mortar mix. Paint all sides of building with breathable masonry paint. Windows - install a wood or aluminum clad wood window, one over one utilizing full opening, on NW side of the building (currently boarded). Contract term: 1 year.

Project consists of furnishing and complete installation: by open trench method of approx. 7,100' of 6" diameter, and 2,783' of 8", 12" (2,317'), and 20" (5') diameter ductile iron water main pipe and appurtenances. Approx. , 161 private lead water service replacements from the water main to the water meter located inside private homes or buildings. Various off-site 6" dia., 8" dia. , 12" dia. , and 36" gate valve replacements.
