Bookstore Retail Services for WSU - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide comprehensive bookstore retail services, including textbook services and the operation of the on-site campus store. The University's goal is to provide efficient, seamless services to students while lowering the student's cost of course materials. Respondents may propose value-added services or alternative approaches that enhance affordability, student access, operational efficiency, or customer service. Such alternatives must clearly identify any deviation from the University's stated requirements and must not replace mandatory requirements unless expressly approved by the University.
