RFP-2-26 WD - SCADA Maintenance Control and Upgrade

Description: Chautauqua County is seeking a vendor to upgrade and expand its SCADA infrastructure with current hardware and software, using a standards-compliant platform scalable to more than 100 remote sites. The scope includes supplying and configuring SCADA servers, workstations, networking and field equipment, and an ADISRA SCADA/HMI package with real-time and historical monitoring. The system must integrate with existing controls and enterprise systems, provide web-based client access, and embed cybersecurity and reliability requirements.
